A story we hear all too often, Raymark came to us needing to stake a claim on the internet. While their plumbing and sewer company had been a success for 17 years, their sales started to dwindle in recent years when competitors began saturating the Seattle market. We documented their customer journey to develop solutions at each customer touchpoint, including social media content strategy, PPC, video shorts, and supporting their internal dispatch team with an after-hours answering service. We triaged each area of the business so they could show Seattle just how excellent they are, further establishing themselves among their competition.
