Business Development Manager
Madak is seeking a Rockstar or, more specifically, a Business Development Director. As a sales team member, you will help identify leads, offer proposals to new clients, and build relationships with customers.

The ideal candidates will have sales experience and are ready to execute new customer and business acquisition strategies. Knowledge and interest in B2B, trades, sports, and connections are preferred.
Candidates must be organized and will demonstrate a willingness and initiative to aggressively prospect new clients and convert them to business partnerships. Outside Business-to-Business sales and cold-calling experience are strongly preferred. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, results-oriented, has a positive attitude, and can work independently.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive Strategic Sales Growth & Gain New Customers (Hubspot)
- Responsible for the Sales, Business Development
- Manage Key and Strategic Customer Relationships
- Responsible for Contract Management and Key Negotiations
- Identify, Pursue, and Capture Key and Strategic Sales Targets
- Maintain Active and Actionable Sales Pipeline
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or demonstrated successful experience
- HubSpot CRM experience
- 5+ years of directly related experience
- Solid Relationships and Industry Contacts within B2B, trades, and sports industries preferred
- Experience conducting cold calls/ sales
- Self-motivated
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional long and short-term relationship development skills.
- Persuasive; solid written and oral communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
